Size issue

Ordered 3 xl as I am a bit bulky. I have tried 2xl to 3 xl t shirts from diff websites but this one is not even coming down my chest. As if I am wearing a Medium size T shirt. This is not acceptable at all. My chest size is 45 and 3xl is 46, still it is like this. I am returning it. Disappointed
