Exchanges

1. Time frame:

   • You may exchange your product within 7 days of receiving it.

2. Exchange Process:

   • Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your provided address within 48 hours.
   • Upon successfully picking up the product, we will dispatch your new product.

Refund ( available only for Kurti )

1. Time frame:

   • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Initiating a Refund:

   • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within the 24-hour window. You can reach us at [customer service email/phone number].
   • Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once your refund request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your provided address within 48 hours.
