Exchange Policy

We have a replace/exchange Policy, You can replace/exchange your purchased items with new ones within 7 Days. You can Replace products if:-You received a defective Product from ArreMoshai. If you have received a physically damaged Product (video proof Needed) or the Product is different from the description on the website

  • The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered.
  • we are responsible only for size exchange, if you change color or design then 60 rupees courier charges are applicable.
  • In case the customer receives a defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.
  • Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
  • suppose the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges up to ₹100 are 100% refundable if the customer receives defective/wrong product(s).
  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.

Replacement will not be provided when:-

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing/damaged:

  • tags are missing;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in missing;
  • product is damaged;
  • Items that have been worn or washed.

Products sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items. Products should not be used. Products must be in their original condition. Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags. Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition.

Please note that if you have received a faulty or damaged Product from our end you can contact us within 24 hours of delivery. It is necessary to provide proper images or videos that prove the products are faulty or damaged. you can contact us via Whatsapp or call. We will send you a replacement within 3-4 days.

We Refund Your Money when:-

If we don’t have stock for the replacement that you have purchased from us then we will refund the full amount within 2 days in your digital wallet(Paytm, google pay, etc.)
